However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, batting gloves (including Bruce Bolt Batting Gloves), apparel (tops and bottoms), and catcher’s gear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our address:

    Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item subject to availability. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges.
