Our Shipping and Returns Policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward process for returns and exchanges.
Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please allow the following timeframes for order processing and delivery:
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Batting Gloves (including Bruce Bolt Batting Gloves)
- Apparel (Tops and Bottoms)
- Catcher’s Gear
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for Approval: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to our address: Marucci Shop Returns

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing. Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the new item subject to availability. Standard shipping fees apply for exchanges.
