Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation that the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please allow the following timeframes:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
• A proof of purchase (order number) is required

Final Sale Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

• Batting Gloves (including Bruce Bolt Batting Gloves)
• Apparel (Tops and Bottoms)
• Catcher’s Gear

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for approval and return instructions (response within 2 business days)
4. Ship the item to: Marucci Shop Returns, 4698 Harter Street, Lima, US 45801

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
